The desired outcome looks different for everyone but the process tends to include certain key elements:
Taking the time to get to know you
Exploration of personal values, preferences and unmet needs to help me get to know you better and to assist with the goal setting process
Semi-structured interview and assessment
Exploring multiple dimensions of well-being - physical, emotional, intellectual, social, financial, spiritual, occupational
Setting goals and intentions
Working with you to identify barriers to achieving your goals and to develop the skills and strategies necessary to address them.
Working With Me
I work with people to identify and achieve meaningful life goals in a way that is tailored, safe and supportive. I work predominantly on the Northern Beaches in Sydney but will happily travel to other areas of the city. I currently have clients in the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, Upper and Lower North Shore and Ryde.
My practice is flexible.
Depending on your needs and goals, you may wish to meet with me at your home, at my consulting room at Freshwater Wellness Centre, at my studio in Brookvale, or in the community.
Typically we start with an initial consultation, which is a 90 minute session to allow me to get to know you a bit better and find out about your current needs and goals.
From here we will work to develop a plan that outlines how we will work together.
