Hi, I’m Nicole Buckland
As an occupational therapist, support worker & educator, I have spent the last ten years working closely with clients to build life practices that support recovery and enhance quality of life.
I have extensive experience and training in supporting people with complex mental health conditions such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, trauma and autism.
I am passionate about utilising creative practice and self-expression as part of this work.
I have a worked across a variety of settings in mental health, predominantly in the areas of rehabilitation and recovery.
I am currently in training to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.
